About Ian
My family first came to Los Alamos in the late 1940s. We now have had 4 generations raised in Los Alamos and thus have very strong ties to the community!
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much quicker and efficiently. I started my real estate career in Las Vegas NV in 2003 and since returning to Los Alamos in 2006 I have worked full time in the Los Alamos market and have the been top producer since 2014. Over the past 5 years. The Maes Group has expanded our service area to include the Santa Fe market.
